Face of ACE's Coming to Twinfield - May 15

Face of Aces Coming to Twinfield on May 15
Posted on 04/26/2019

"Faces of ACES" is a 30-minute documentary that delves into the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's).

Now understood to be one of the leading causes of health issues, from heart disease and cancer, to substance abuse and depression, stressful experiences in childhood can alter brain development and have lifelong effects on health and behavior.

The ACES system allows people to identify their level of childhood stress, and move on to better health and well-being.

Join us on Wednesday, May 15th from 6:00-7:30 in the cafeteria.  Free dinner and childcare provided, followed by a panel discussion with community members and the film's producer, Kimberly Pierce.

Sponsored by Twinfield Partners in Education (TPIE), Twinfield School and the Health Center in Plainfield.
